Damaged packages, lost packages, and/or any mishandling by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or other logistics/courier service provider is not our responsibility. However, we will make sure to take the proper steps to resolve the situation by filing a claim on your behalf. This process can take some time (14+ business days depending on the courier service), so please bear with us as we fix any issues that may arise.
If the plant or animal arrives dead on arrival the customer will have to send us a picture of the plant or animal on the same day it arrives by email and we will issue a refund for the product only and not the shipping cost.
We are unable to accept returns for perishable items such as plants or livestock. However, feel free to reach out to us if you are unsatisfied in any way.
